Fill out the form and choose 2 dates that would work for you.
We’ll reach out to you to answer any initial question you may have and schedule the consultation.
During our consultation/visit to your home, we’ll assess your needs and answer any questions you may have on services provided, and maintenance plan options/recommendations.
If you’re completely satisfied, we can get you signed up for the plan that best fits the needs for you and your home. Otherwise, we’d appreciate any feedback on how we can improve our service!
Step 2: Select Your Plan

This plan includes monthly two-hour handyman visits, ensuring your home stays well taken care of throughout the year. Additional time can be added to any visit on top of the 2 hours at $100/hour when available. Note- Materials and additional time billed separately.
Paying for the annual plan saves you 10% compared to quarterly payments. With one upfront payment, you’ll secure hassle-free home maintenance for the entire year. If you aren’t completely satisfied, cancel at anytime and we will refund you for any unused visits.

Step 3: Onboarding & Setup
We’ll contact you to finalize your onboarding and address any remaining questions.
We’ll review your selected plan, confirm the details, and ensure you fully understand how to get the most out of your subscription.
We’ll schedule you’re first visit. All subsequent visits will automatically be scheduled 30 days out for the monthly plans, and 90 days after for the quarterly plans. 7 days prior to each visit, you’ll receive a reminder notification in case adjustments are needed.
We’ll provide access to your Client Hub, where you can:
View upcoming appointments
Review quotes, invoices, and past services
Securely add payment information for ACH or credit card billing
Step 4: Billing & Payments
Throughout the duration of your service cycle plan, we require a payment method to be on file through the client hub. All material invoices will include a 10% shopping fee. If the cost for materials exceeds $100, we will reach out for approval before purchasing.
If you signed up for an annual plan, the balance for the year will be invoiced and charged to the payment method on file upon completion of the first visit.
If you elect to add additional time or there were material purchases required for a visit, we will charge the payment method on file upon completion of the visit.

What to Expect:
7 days prior to our visit, expect a reminder of the date/time. Please contact us If you need to reschedule.
3 Days prior to our visit, you will receive a notification requesting your to-do list. Please promptly reply to ensure we come prepared with all materials needed.
