ServCycle Quarterly Subscription Agreement:

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to ServCycle! By subscribing to our home maintenance and handyman services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

2. Services Provided

ServCycle LLC agrees to provide the following services as part of the quarterly subscription plan:

  • The Client is entitled to one (1) service visit per quarter, consisting of 3 hours of service.

  • Additional time can be added at $100/hour, subject to availability.

  • Materials for repairs and maintenance will be billed separately, with a 10% markup applied to all material purchases.

3. Subscription Plan

  • The Client agrees to enroll in the Quarterly Subscription Plan at a rate of $330 per quarter.

  • Subscription fees are billed per visit.

4. Payment Terms

  • The quarterly fee of $330 will be billed immediately following each visit, along with any additional time and material charges.

  • Payments will be charged via the credit card or ACH info supplies by client through the Client Hub in Jobber

5. Cancellation Policy

  • The Client may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice.

  • Cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled visit, and no further charges will be incurred.

  • If the Client fails to cancel before a scheduled visit, the visit will be billed as usual.

6. Renewal Terms

  • The subscription will automatically renew each quarter unless canceled by the Client.

  • At the 12-month mark, the Client will have the option to continue on a quarter-to-quarter basis or sign up for an annual plan to receive a 10% discount.

  • The Client acknowledges that by accepting this Agreement, they agree to automatic renewal and payment processing.

7. Scheduling Services

  • The first visit will be scheduled upon sign-up, and all subsequent visits will be scheduled at the end of each completed visit.

  • Clients must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via text or email. Failure to do so may result in a $100 cancellation fee.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must submit their to-do list at least 2 days before each scheduled visit.

  • A reminder notification will be sent 3 days prior to each visit to prompt the Client to submit their list.

  • Clients must ensure safe and accessible working conditions for ServCycle technicians.

9. Liability and Insurance

  • ServCycle LLC maintains general liability insurance to cover claims for damages or injuries arising from services provided.

  • Proof of insurance is available upon request.

  • ServCycle is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or issues outside of scheduled maintenance.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes under this Agreement will first be resolved through informal negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Minnesota.

11. Limitations of Service

  • ServCycle is not a licensed contractor and does not perform any work in which a license is required eg. major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, or roofing work.

  • We do not provide emergency services.

12. Modifications to Terms

  • ServCycle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes.

13. Disclaimer

ServCycle provides routine home maintenance and handyman services designed to reduce the risk of damage and extend the lifespan of your home’s systems and features. However, by enrolling in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

ServCycle is not liable for any property damage, system failure, or safety issue that may arise before, during, or after the course of our maintenance services. While we strive to identify and address potential issues through preventative care, we do not guarantee that our services will prevent all breakdowns, malfunctions, or accidents.

ServCycle does not act as a licensed contractor, plumber, electrician, or HVAC specialist, and we do not perform services requiring licensed trades unless performed through a licensed partner. Our scope of service is limited to non-specialized home maintenance and handyman tasks.

All information and recommendations provided by ServCycle are for general maintenance purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering, structural, or safety advice.

By using this website or enrolling in our services, you accept the following terms:

  • ServCycle and its team members are not responsible for incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from any issue that arises during or after the delivery of services.

  • ServCycle disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Services are provided “as is” and based on the information available at the time of service.
