2024 ServCycle Quarterly Subscription Agreement:
Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided
ServCycle LLC agrees to provide the following services as part of the monthly subscription plan:
The Client is entitled to (3) hours of handyman services per quarter(every 3 months for a total of 4 visits).
2. Subscription Plan
The Client agrees to subscribe to the Quarterly Subscription Plan:
The cost per quarter is $330.
If the Client would like to add additional time to a monthly visit, they may do so at the rate of $100/hour.
Materials will be billed separately.
3. Payment Terms
The fee of $330 is due upon completion of each monthly visit.
Accepted payment methods are credit card and ACH transfer via the Client Hub in Jobber.
4. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel their quarterly subscription at any time by providing written notice.
5. Renewal Terms
At the conclusion of the initial 12-month subscription period, this Agreement will automatically renew for another year unless canceled by ServCycle or the Client in writing before the end of the current term.
By accepting this Agreement, the Client agrees to automatic renewal and payment terms.
6. Scheduling Services
The first quarter’s service will be scheduled upon sign-up, and subsequent visits will be scheduled at the end of each completed visit.
If the Client wishes to reschedule, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice via text or email. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide their to-do list via text or email at least 2 days before the scheduled service to allow adequate time for any necessary material purchases. A reminder will be sent 3 days before your visit to submit your list.
8. Liability and Insurance
ServCycle LLC maintains general liability insurance to cover claims for damages or injuries arising from services provided.
Proof of insurance will be provided upon request.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the State of Montana.
