2024 ServCycle Annual Subscription - Quarterly Visits

Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

ServCycle LLC agrees to provide the following services as part of the annual subscription plan:

The Client is entitled to (3) hours of handyman services per quarter(every 3 months for a total of 4 visits).

2. Subscription Plan

The Client agrees to subscribe to the Annual Subscription Plan:

  • The total cost is $1,188, which reflects a 10% discount for paying upfront compared to paying monthly.

  • If the Client would like to add additional time to a quarterly visit, they may do so at the rate of $100/hour. Additional time will be billed separately. Hours from future visits may not be applied to the current visit.

  • Materials will be billed separately.

3. Payment Terms

  • The total annual fee of $1,188 is due upon completion of the first quarterly visit.

  • Accepted payment methods are credit card and ACH transfer via the Client Hub in Jobber.

4. Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel their annual subscription at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will be issued for unused visits based on the following calculation:

  • Refund = ($330 x Unused Visits) - $132 (annual discount).

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days, and a check will be mailed to the address on file.

5. Renewal Terms

At the conclusion of the initial 12-month subscription period, this Agreement will automatically renew for another year unless canceled by the Client in writing before the end of the current term.

  • The renewal fee of $1,188 will be billed after the completion of the first visit in the new subscription period (13th month).

  • By accepting this Agreement, the Client agrees to automatic renewal and payment terms.

6. Scheduling Services

  • The first quarter’s service will be scheduled upon sign-up, and subsequent visits will be scheduled at the end of each completed visit.

  • If the Client wishes to reschedule, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice via text or email. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of that month’s visit.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide their to-do list via text or email at least 2 days before the scheduled service to allow adequate time for any necessary material purchases. A reminder will be sent 3 days before your visit to submit your list.

8. Liability and Insurance

  • ServCycle LLC maintains general liability insurance to cover claims for damages or injuries arising from services provided.

  • Proof of insurance will be provided upon request.

9. Refund Example

If the Client cancels their annual subscription after using 8 months, the refund calculation will be as follows:

Refunds are based on this formula:
Refund = ($297 x Unused Months) - $132 (annual discount).

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under this Agreement will first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the State of Montana.
